Lynna Ritch

Lynna established the Houston office of Protégé Hunters in 2012 and has grown her practice three fold since her arrival placing top-tier Sales & Marketing candidates across all technical industries nationwide. She has continued to expand Protégé Hunters’ web and mobile marketing presence and handles most day to day vendor operations. Lynna supports her candidates with professional guidance based her personal background as a financial services executive in New York. She works with both Human Resources staff members and company executives to find the right talent to fill critical roles within their organizations. Lynna’s current client base includes international consultancies, technology and communications companies, government agencies, as well as financial services institutions and private-equity firms.

Before joining Protégé Hunters, Lynna was a Vice President of corporate lending and risk management with two top tier international banks. In this role, Lynna assessed the creditworthiness of domestic and international companies, with a specialization in the banking and insurance industries. She worked closely with other senior banking executives on various LBO acquisition facilities, monitored lending agreement compliance, and addressed underperforming assets in the bank’s portfolio.

Lynna has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Michigan, and a Masters in Business Administration in Accounting from Fordham University in New York.

Away from the office, Lynna enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and when time allows, playing a round or two of golf.
